Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the expression-of-interest form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Name and contact details (email, phone number)
- Specialty or profession
- Preferred session days and expected frequency
- Any other information you choose to include in free-text fields
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to assess demand for the consulting rooms ahead of opening, and to contact you about session availability, rates, and next steps as the centre approaches its 2027 opening. We do not use your details for any other marketing purpose, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us — see below.
How your data is stored
Responses are collected via Google Forms and stored in a linked Google Sheet accessible only to authorised staff involved in the room letting process. Google may process this data on servers outside Ireland/the EEA as part of providing this service; Google's standard data processing terms apply to this.
How long we keep it
We retain expression-of-interest submissions for up to 12 months, or until the outcome of the centre's opening and room allocation is confirmed, whichever is sooner. After this, records are deleted unless you have separately agreed to be contacted for a specific ongoing arrangement.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission
